The draft Form 990 will be reviewed by the finance committee thirty days prior to filing and comments and questions directed to the preparer of the Form 990 will be returned to the Chair of the Finance Committee for Final Review and submission electronically to the vision 2015 executive committee for review within fourteen days of filing. The executive committee shall provide comments to the chair of the finance committee electronically within seven days of receipt of Form 990.”
