Treasurer and the former executive director prepared and reviewed the 990. Since the organization dissolved, the Treasurer was the sole remaining Board member.

Conflict of interest policy compliance Part VI line 12C

GLDCs conflict of interest policy required trustess and officers of the corporation to disclose the Board any situation wherein the trustee or officer had any conflicting interest or duality of interest, and for executive staff to report any potential conflicts of interest to the Boards Executive Committee. Since the organization was dissolving, there were no business situations that had the potentail for a conflict of interest, and there was no staff in 2018.

Based on the Boards decision in February 2017 to dissolve the organization, no new program services were initiated after February, and all other program services were gradually discontinued. Nearly all program services had ceased by the end of May 2017. The Board Treasurer and the former executive director continued the process of closing the organization during 2018, with the official date of dissolution being 11/30/18.
