Management of the organization was performed by capital realty group, inc., a real estate management company. Under the terms of the management agreement approved by hud, the management agent is responsible for the management of the organization.

Upon approval of the draft, the draft 990 is provided to all the members of the governing body for comments prior to filing the 990.
