Wexner heritage village and affiliates, including bexley senior citizens housing corp., entered into a management agreement with united church homes ("uch"). Uch provides various managerial, financial, strategic planning, and development services to wexner heritage village and affiliates through the employment of the president and chief financial officer. The president and cfo of wexner heritage village and associates are employed and compensated by uch. The amounts reflect reportable compensation for calendar year 2024. Below is their reportable compensation received from uch for services provided to the organization and related organizations during the year: corey goldsand, president - $197,922 tanya hahn, cfo - $178,469
