Financial Statement Notes

PART X, LINE 2:

“The association was incorporated as a non-profit association, and is exempt from federal income taxes under section 501(c)(6) of the internal revenue code. Therefore, no assets, liabilities, or expenses related to federal income tax are recorded. The association has analyzed the tax positions taken by the association, and has concluded that as of december 31, 2024, there are no uncertain positions taken or expected to be taken that would require recognition or disclosure in the financial statements. The association is subject to routine audits by taxing jurisdictions; however, there are currently no audits for any tax periods in progress. The association believes it is no longer subject to income tax examinations for years prior to 2021.”
