To provide charitable, free medical care and pharmaceuticals to residents who fall below federal poverty guidelines and live in ohio, marshall, wetzel and southern brooke counties in west virginia and belmont county in ohio.

Because of the size of the organization, the executive director would be aware of any situations that gave rise to a conflict of interest. Appropriate action would be taken if needed.

Performance evaluations are conducted annually on all employees. Management staff complete the evaluation and then meet individually with each employee to discuss performance. With regards to the executive director, either a self-evaluation is completed, then reviewed by the executive committee and discussed with the executive director or an evaluation is completed by the executive director by calling local, state and national individuals to discuss the executive director's perfomance.
