Indiana oic senior housing, inc. (an indiana not for profit corporation) (the "corporation") was organized to own and operate a 40-unit apartment community in indianpolis, indiana, known as opportuinities park apartments (the "community"), pursuant to section 207 pursuant to section 223(f) of the national housing act as amended. The corporation has entered into the standard fha regulatory agreements governing the operation of the community with the federal housing administration section of hud.

To promote the welfare of the needy, elderly and handicapped families through the provision of housing for low and moderate income families.

Oversight of auditing functionthe management company receives a copy of the audit. Prior to thefinalization of the audit, a copy is given to all of the board members for their comments.when the audit is up for bid, the board discusses the relationship with the current auditors and makes a dtermination as to whether to maintain this relationship of change to a new auditing firm.

Part X : FIN48 Footnote

Accounting for uncertainty in income taxes Accounting Standards Codification (ASC) Topic 740 (ASC740), Income Taxes, prescribes a recognition threshold and measurement attribute for the financial statement recognition and measurement of a tax position taken or expected to be taken in a tax return, and provides guidance on recognition, classification, interest and penalties, disclosure, and transition. It is management's belief that the Corporation does not hold any uncertain tax position. The Corporation is subject to routine audits by taxing jurisdictions; however, there are currently no audits in progress for any tax periods. At a minimum, the December 31, 2015 through 2017 tax years are open for examination by taxing authorities.
