Madison residental services, inc. Is managed by bradley residential management corporation, a professional property management company. Bradley residential management corporation has a signed management agreement with the project which is approved by u.s. Department of housing and urban development. The signed management agreement with the project, approved by u.s. Department of housing and urban development, inc. Is for a specified time period. The management contract encompasses the day to day operations of the project including, but not limited to, collection of rents, maintenance of facilities, supervision of staff, and ongoing support for both the owners and tenants as needed in order to establish a safe, sanitary and affordable environment.

Any person who shall hereafter become a member of the board of directors of oaklawn psychiatric center, inc. THE CORPORATION HAS EXECUTED A REGULATORY AGREEMENT WITH HUD WHICH GOVERNS THE OPERATION OF THE COMMUNITY WITH THE FEDERAL HOUSING ADMINISTRATION (FHA) SECTION OF HUD. THE CORPORATION HAS ALSO ENTERED INTO A PROJECT RENTAL ASSISTANCE CONTRACT (PRAC CONTRACT) WITH HUD. THE PRAC CONTRACT IS A RENT ASSISTANCE PROGRAM FOR LOW-INCOME FAMILIES (OR PERSONS) AS PROVIDED BY THE SECTION 8 PROGRAM OF THE NATIONAL HOUSING ACT.
