Services include management services and office facilities. Full-time dedicated personnel include dave king, executive director pam heidel, operations director and stephan giles, research director. Multiple other personnel contribute on a part-time basis. Office facilities provided include office space, computers, use of printers, copying machines, storage facilities, telephone service, and fax machine. In addition to management services, the farnsworth group performed market research.
