“Oaklawn apartments, inc. Is managed by bradley residential management, a professional property management company. Bradley residential management has a project owner's & management certification for multifamily housing projects with the us department of housing and urban development. Under this certification hud has approved bradley residential management to manage the oaklawn apartments, inc. Property. The management contract encompasses the day to day operations of the project including, but not limited to, collection of rents, maintenance of facilities, supervision of staff, and ongoing support for both the owners and tenants as needed in order to establish a safe, sanitary and affordable environment.”
“The membership is one class and each member is entitled to one vote on matters which by statute members are entitled to vote upon as well as all additional matters upon which members are entitled to vote by authority of the by-laws. Members shall be those persons selected for membership by oaklawn psychiatric center, inc. An indiana not for profit corporation.”
