To provide high quality health care services for no or minimal charges to people unable to pay. Therefore to address the health needs of low income people who are unserved, uninsured or who have a high risk of various health problems by operating health service clinics which provide a wide variety of health services including medical care and education regarding health and the health profession.

“Compensation is based on median employee wages for outpatient primary care offices and organizations as collected and reported by the us department of labor and the state of indiana. This information is organized by job title and contains increments between minimum, midpoint, and maximum wages/salary for the rate of pay specific to the respective qualifications. No new employee will be hired at more than the midpoint. No employee will receive wages/salary in excess of the maximum rate. Employees with first language skills in spanish receive a 3% differential in pay. Employees who have acquired spanish language skills may request a verbal test to be considered for the differential.
