“The number of trustees shall be no fewer than seven but not exceed twenty-five. Three of the twenty-five trustees will be appointed. Two of the appointed trustees shall be members of the miami valley mcdonald's cooperative, one representative being a mcdonald's owner operator and the other a representative of the mcdonald's corporate offices.
