There shall be three classes of members: regular members, associate members, and honorary members. Regular membership shall be held by parties whose business is the construction, reconstruction, ownership or management of multi-family dwelling units. Associate membership shall be held by parties who cannot qualify as regular members, but whose business interests are connected with or related to the purposes of this organization. Honorary memberships shall be held by those parties whom the board of directors may select.
