3. The finance committee approves at their monthly meeting just prior to the board of directors meeting. The return is presented and a copy is on file for review or inspections. Documents are available to the public upon request.

Line 7a-1. The board of directors elect the officers of the company at the annual board meeting and they vote for new members, normally on an annual basis in june, unless someone has resigned within the year and that person is replaced.

2. All decisions made by the executive committee, (the officers), are voted on by the board at the monthly board of directors meetings. The artistic directors decisions only have to be approved by the board if it involves a large amount of money to be spent.

5. The finance committee approves the form 990 and presents its recommendation for approval to the full board at its meeting. The treasurer gives a summation of the return. Any questions or discussions are also done at this meeting and the return is available to those requesting it.
