“The executive director reviews the draft of the 990. Upon completion of his review, he submits the draft copy of the 990 via email to each board of governor. Each board of governor reviews the draft of the 990 and can submit comments/questions to the executive director or directly to the accountant. Once the draft is approved, the 990 is electronically filed, with a copy of the filing given to the executive director.”

The president of oos board consults wit h the executive committee of oos and determines the management fee. The p resident of oos then executes a contract with the ohio state medical assoc”
