Mission

Montgomery county credit union is a cooperative, not-for-profit financial institution organized to promote thrift and provide credit to members. It is member owned and controlled through a board of directors elected by membership. Members are provided with a safe, convenient place to save and borrow at reasonable rates at an institution which exists to benefit them, not to make a profit.

Major Activities

Activity 2
Providing financial services to credit union members. We provided 2,863 checking accounts; 8,744 savings accounts; 502 money market accounts; 43 certificate of deposits; 113 retirement accounts; and 1,439 other accounts in 2010. In addition, our credit union provided atm services, wire transfer services and insurance related products to many of our credit union members.
