HISA IS COMPRISED OF TWO PROGRAMS: THE RACETRACK SAFETY PROGRAM, WHICH WENT INTO EFFECT JULY 1, 2022, AND THE ANTI-DOPING AND MEDICATION CONTROL (ADMC) PROGRAM, WHICH WILL GO INTO EFFECT IN JANUARY 2023.
