“The association shall be to promote interest in girls softball activities by staging a girls softball league and staging of girls softball tournaments. The association will provide educational opportunities to that girls and young women may learn the skills and etiquette of softball. To provide information to the public and to assist and support schools girls softball programs. The association held free softball player clinic for all rec players.”
