Jewish renaissance community development corporation, inc. (the corporation) is functioning in accordance with the title ii of the cranston-gonzalez national affordable housing act of 1990 as an authorized state-designated community housing development organization ("chdo") to provide the supply of decent affordable housing for low and moderate income persons and households throughout the state of new jersey. The corporation works with the beneficiaries (low-income and moderate persons)who are involved in decisions regarding the design, siting, development and management of affordable housing by providing input into the process.
