Financial Statement Notes

Part X, Line 2:

The Project was granted tax-exempt status from federal income taxes on its related activities by the Internal Revenue Service on April 2, 2009, under the Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(3). The Project recognizes tax liabilities when, despite the Project's belief that its tax return positions are supportable, the Project believes that certain positions may not be fully sustained upon review by tax authorities. Benefits from tax positions are measured at the largest amount of benefit that is greater than fifty percent likely of being realized upon settlement. The Project has concluded there is no tax liability or benefit required to be recorded as of June 30, 2015.
