During 2014, the organization ceased most operations and transferred all fixed assets to macon-bibb urban development authority. All receivables were forgiven. All outstanding debts were either paid or were forgiven. As of the date this return was filed 11/16/15, the organization had not yet prepared dissolution documentation.
