Each trustee, officer, and committee member with board-delegated powers shall annually sign a statement. Periodic reviews. I.reviews. To ensure that dipm operates in a manner consistent with non- profit, charitable purposes and does not engage in activities that could jeopardize its tax-exempt status, periodic reviews shall be conducted by the board. The periodic reviews shall, at a minimum, include the following subjects: 1.whether any compensation arrangements and benefits are reasonable, based on competent information and the result of arm's length transactions; and 2.whether partnerships, joint ventures, and arrangements with other entities: a.conform to dipm's written policies; b.are properly recorded; c.reflect reasonable investment(s) and/or payment(s) for goods and/or services; d.further dipm's charitable purposes; and e.do not result in inurement, impermissible private benefit, or in an excess benefit transaction.

Program service 1: peacebuilding exhibits and public education objective (current year): to educate the public on the principles of nonviolence, social justice, and global peace through immersive, accessible exhibits. Long-term goal: to become a nationally recognized center for peace education and civic engagement, fostering a culture of nonviolence across generations. Achievements: hosted 5 major exhibits including climate justice now, dayton peace accords legacy, and peace 101. Welcomed over 4,200 visitors to the museum, including school groups, civic organizations, and international guests. Delivered guided tours and educational sessions to more than 1,100 students from regional schools. Provided programming throughout the "season of non-violence" to support both gandhian and kingian non-violence. Produced 3 new exhibit publications and digital resources for educators and community partners.

Long-term goal: to build a resilient civic network that advances equity, inclusion, and nonviolent conflict resolution in dayton and beyond. Achievements: organized 22 public events, including peace forums, film screenings, interfaith panels, and youth-led workshops. Partnered with 14 local organizations including universities, faith groups, and environmental coalitions. Facilitated 3 civic roundtables on climate justice, racial equity, and constitutional reform, with over 300 participants. Launched a monthly peacebuilders circle with consistent attendance and growing community leadership.
