Governance Explanations

Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 3

Wexner heritage village and affiliates, including village shalom apartments, entered into a management agreement with united church homes ("uch"). Uch provides various managerial, financial, strategic planning, and development services to wexner heritage village and affiliates through the employment of the president and chief financial officer. The president and cfo of wexner heritage village and associates are employed and compensated by uch. The amounts reflect reportable compensation for calendar year 2024. Below is their reportable compensation received from uch for services provided to the organization and related organizations during the year: corey goldsand, president - $197,922 tanya hahn, cfo - $178,469

The form 990 was prepared by an outside accounting firm and reviewed by the cfo prior to being filed with the internal revenue service. The form 990 is sent to the full board prior to filing and will be reviewed in session by the finance committee at their next meeting.
