CEO executive director top management comp Part VI line 15A

1. Management compensation for the CEO is established in a written contract with a base salary of $93,500 plus a bonus structure to provide a salary that aligns with the CEOs experience and educational backgrouond. The contract establishes commissions of 10% of the net national conference after all conference expenditures. In addition, the organization will pay a $10,000 bonus at year end if the CEO sells 100 new Lighthouse assessments for more than $5,500 each. The Board Chair will review the CEO performance each year. 2. Board members are offered commissions for sales of assessments and sponsorships. 3. The organization has an Intellectual Property agreement with President Bartlett Teal for the use of registered intellectual property that facilitates the organizations assessment program. Royalty payments totaling $53,595 were paid to Teal Educational Systems LLC for fiscal year ended 06/30/2025. 4. Organization paid $16,500 in non-employee compensation Board Member Jayne Ellspersmanns business, Jayne Ellspersmann LLC.

BRSE collaborates annually with hundreds of schools nationwide, applying a validated national framework that defines and benchmarks exemplary school practices.
