An announcement was made at year end board meeting that the 990 is available to any director or trustee upon request.”

This data may include the following: a) expert compensation studies by independent firms; b) written job offers for positions at similar organizations; c) documented telephone calls about similar positions at both nonprofit and forprofit organizations; and d) information obtained from the irs form 990 filings of similar organizations”

However, her compensation is paid entirely by a related supported organization, the jewish healthcare foundation (jhf). Health careers futures did not incur any expense related to her compensation. Accordingly, while her compensation is disclosed in part vii as required by irs instructions, it is not included as an expense on part ix of form 990 to accurately reflect health careers futures' financial activity. In addition, five other highly compensated employees are reported in part vii of form 990. Their compensation is also paid entirely by the jewish healthcare foundation (jhf), and health careers futures did not incur any expense related to their compensation. As a result, their compensation is likewise excluded from part ix of form 990 to ensure accurate representation of health careers futures' financial activity.”
