“Tysons partnership has two membership categories full members and associate members. Full members are dues paying members that are organizations which are physically located or own property within tysons, virginia as defined by the fairfax county comprehensive plan. Full members have voting rights within the partnership. Associate members are dues paying members that are organizations which are located outside but within a one mile radius of tysons, virginia as defined above, individuals or firms that offer professional consulting services in domains deemed relevant by the board of directors to the work of the partnership or such other categories as are authorized by the board of directors. Associate members do not have voting rights withing the partnership.”
