“The board of directors of white county medical center, the sole member of the white county physician group, has the right to nominate and approve the elected executive committee members and practice delegates. In the event of a vacancy, the board of directors of the center shall appoint a replacement to serve out the unexpired term of the white county physician group executive committee member or practice delegate.”
