Pt III, Line 2

The original 109 acres of land at Ganado, Arizona were deeded to the Womens Board of Home Missions of the Presbyterian Church, its successors and assigns forever on February 4,1920 by President Woodrow Wilson. No dollar value as attached. On April 3, 1978 the Board of National Missions of the United Presbyterian Church in the United States of America deeded the same property to the Presbytery of Grand Canyon for a value of $10.00. On March 1, 2010 the Presbytery of Grand Canyon deeded the same property to the Ganado Presbyterian Mission Foundation for a sum of $10.00. The Ganado Presbyterian Mission Foundation leased the property for a 50 years period with a down payment of $1,200,014.28 and a like payment due in five years.
