“Constituent members of the council for the accreditation of educator preparation, inc. Are professional associations that represent the following four "quadrant' groups: teacher education, teachers, state and local policy makers, and professional specialty groups. There are no classes of membership. Each quadrant collectively appoints six members of the council for the accreditation of educator preparation, inc.'s governing body, its executive board, which also includes one public member and four members drawn from the council for the accreditation of educator preparation, inc.'s other policy boards.”
