Part III Primary Exempt Purpose: Our mission is to demonstrate the substantial social and economic benefits that are achieved through investment in long term credential and degree attainment for those who otherwise would not have the opportunity. ACP seeks to improve the quality of life, raise the standard of living, and enhance the productivity and competitiveness of the Phoenix metropolitan area. Part III Line 4a Statement of Program Accomplishments:During FY 2020/2021, ACP served 105 students with 37 students graduating with certifications and/or degrees and 67 students remaining enrolled to continue their training. With only one student withdrawing from training, ACP showed a retention rate of over 99%. ACP offers a comprehensive approach to ensure that students complete training without delay and mitigating barriers to completion and student success. This includes: Intensive Case Management; Counseling and Educational Support; Motivational, Life Skills and Financial Coaching; Peer Mentoring; Tuition Subsidy, Financial Support for Books, Training Materials and Certification Fees; Supplemental Financial Support Services (housing, child care, etc.) Gas, Bus Passes and Food Card; Job Placement Assistance; and Continued Post Graduation Follow-up.

IRS990ScheduleO/SupplementalInformationDetail/ExplanationTxt3Part III Primary Exempt Purpose: Our mission is to demonstrate the substantial social and economic benefits that are achieved through investment in long term credential and degree attainment for those who otherwise would not have the opportunity. ACP seeks to improve the quality of life, raise the standard of living, and enhance the productivity and competitiveness of the Phoenix metropolitan area. Part III Line 4a Statement of Program Accomplishments:During FY 2020/2021, ACP served 105 students with 37 students graduating with certifications and/or degrees and 67 students remaining enrolled to continue their training. With only one student withdrawing from training, ACP showed a retention rate of over 99%. ACP offers a comprehensive approach to ensure that students complete training without delay and mitigating barriers to completion and student success. This includes: Intensive Case Management; Counseling and Educational Support; Motivational, Life Skills and Financial Coaching; Peer Mentoring; Tuition Subsidy, Financial Support for Books, Training Materials and Certification Fees; Supplemental Financial Support Services (housing, child care, etc.) Gas, Bus Passes and Food Card; Job Placement Assistance; and Continued Post Graduation Follow-up.
