Mission

The maternal help hope fund (d/b/a hamlin fistula usa) is organized to support the prevention and treatment of childbirth injuries (particularly obstetric fistula) and to support programs of research, professional training, patient advocacy, and public education to further these ends, by supporting the work of hamlin fistula ethiopia and other recipients.
