Form 990, Part VI, Line 6: Explanation of Classes of Members or Shareholder

Four Corners Administrative District Council is the bargaining representative of employees covering collective bargaining agreements. The Council's members are the trowel and bricklaying industry. Eligibility for membership in this council is according to the international Constitution, and applicants for membership must comply with and be subject to the requirements imposed by Four Corners Administrative District Council's Constitution and the International Constitution

At the 2013 District Council Convention, the Director and the Executive Committee shall be elected by the Convention from among the delegates for a four (4) year term of office, commencing on the first day of the month after the month on which the election is held

The form 990 is completed annually and copies will be provided to the Council's Committee. At that time the Principal Officer will review the form 990 with the Council Auditor. Any necessary changes will then be made. Once any necessary changes are made and the completed 990 is approved, it will be signed by the Principal Officer, dated and submitted by the filing deadline. A copy of the approved 990 will be provided to all the officers before the return is filed.
