The 'Competitive Elite Sports' (CES) Program objective will always be to assist in the development of students in all endeavors, first in the classroom and then on the field. CES focuses on character and leadership development that will last a lifetime; by providing a mentorship program that will focus on the importance of athletics while utilizing the vehicle of literacy as the ultimate winning objective. A vital component of Competitive Elite Sports is our Read-To-Achieve program. This program emphasis the importance of literacy by promoting character building traits through education. It also focuses on elevating the reading and writing levels of our participants from middle school through high school.Number of participants: 25-35--
Read-to Achieve Banquet held yearly at Pleasanton Hilton Hotel or Gilroy Hilton Garden Inn to award the student who have demonstrated through hard work the required reading skills.--
Once a year, Competitive Elite Sports (CES) invite top senior class high school football players from over 40 Bay Area and Southern California schools to participate in our annual Literacy Classic All-Star Football Game.This is an opportunity for athletes to play against other top-ranked players from their area, showcasing their talent and ability in front of college coaches these athletes may not have otherwise been able to reach. Participants: 80 (each game) Game in Southern California is held at Cerritos College Game in Northern California is held at San Jose City College--
