To provide support, training and employment to persons with disabilities who are otherwise unable to obtain and retain gainful employment. By obtaining contrtact work and establishing independent enterprises, the work & service coalition employs disabled individuals in janitorial, landscaping, recycling, printing, shipping and any other viable business enterprise available for persons with disabilities. Services ae provided within the souther california area. Client businesses are conducted 7 days a week 12 months a year. Work & service coalition has applied for funding under service contracts with the department of rehabilitation and department of developmental services as an independent vendor providing on-site job coaching and other training and support services reuied by disabled participants. Work & service coalition abides by all federal and state employment and safety regulations in the fulfillment of its mission. Work & service coalition will attempt to raise funds when possible in order to improve its ability to employ adults with disabilities.

WORK & SERVICE COALITION HAS APPLIED FOR FUNDING UNDER SERVICE CONTRACTS WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF REHABILITATION AND DEPARTMENT OF DEVELOPMENTAL SERVICES AS AN INDEPENDENT VENDOR PROVIDING ON-SITE JOB COACHING AND OTHER TRAINING AND SUPPORT SERVICES REUIED BY DISABLED PARTICIPANTS.
