“Pursuant to an approved services agreement, broome street academy (bsa) paid the door $785,327 during the year ending june 30, 2025 for administrative support, fundraising services, human resources support, fiscal management, and information technology support. Such amounts are included as professional and administrative fees in the statement of functional expenses. Service agreements between bsa and the door are reviewed and formally approved by the board on an annual basis.”
