Mission and Program Overview

Mission

The organization seeks to accomplish its purpose by advocating with employers to include individuals with asperger syndrome and similar autism spectrum profiles in their diversity and inclusion initiatives; educating employers about the business benefits of hiring individuals on the spectrum and the strengths these individuals bring to an employer; and helping employers recruit and retain individuals with asperger syndrome and similar autism spectrum profiles. Integrate targets fortune 1000 employers and focuses on engaging them in considering individuals with asperger syndrome for professional level, competitive positions by offering a range of services to prepare and assist companies in becoming successful employers of individuals with asperger syndrome.

Inclusive, competitive employment for college graduates on the autism spectrum by advocating with employers to include professionsals with in their diversity and inclusion initiatives.
