The organization has a conflict of interest policy. Executive director, roxanne medina-fulcher and board member, christopher fulcher are husband and wife. There is a separate full conflict of interest policy between the two of them that is adhered to. Furthermore, the related board member recuses himself from any voting regarding employment practices of the executive director. In addition, there is a full conflict of interest policy and each year the board members review the policy and disclose any potential conflicts. There were no conflicts in the current tax year.
