Mission

To help connect business, sports, and education to change the lives of young people by building skills through teen-run sporting events and coaching partnerships.

The goal is for students to assume leadership roles, build & apply skills to enable them to succeed in the workplace, classroom, & community. This, with exposure to opportunities & pathways to success, inspires & motivates to greater academic achievement & future economic self-sufficiency.
