For the FY20 IPAO project, BDC partnered with MedStar Georgetown University Hospital Division of Pediatrics (MGUH). In addition, BDC helped design educational materials for patients to read in the waiting rooms and designed a social-determinants questionnaire to find out whether patients had more needs that could be addressed by additional case management of varying levels.
