“Techfreedom provides a copy of its form 990 to its board of directors prior to filing the return with the internal revenue service. The board of directors are provided a reasonable amount of time to ask any questions or raise any concerns regarding the form 990 prior to its submission to the irs. Techfreedom engages an outsourced accountant to prepare its form 990. Once prepared by the outsourced accountant, techfreedom's ceo and coo review the form 990 for accuracy and completeness prior to signing the return.”

“Techfreedom reviews its conflict of interest policy, as well as compliance with its policy, on an annual basis. To date, no conflicts have occured.”

The compensation review of comparable employees was performed through a review of similar organizations' form 990's. Techfreedom reviews independent data and other comparable data any time a change in compensation is considered. This process is reviewed each year as a part of annual budget and pay increase processes. The board of directors approves all compensation of executives, key employees and officers.”

Anyone with valid reason for doing is welcome to send a request to view these documents to techfredom's treasurer. The treasurer will provide the request documents to the requesting individual, if appropriate.”
