Mission

The mission of the corporation will be to engage in projects primarily for amateur sports, including children's sports, including ballparks, soccer fields and sports and recreational complexes; for public park facilities and open space improvements; for related concession and automobile parking facilities; for related roads, streets, water and sewer facilities; and for maintenance and operations expenses for any of the above described projects; and thereafter, to the extent funds remain available, for the demolition of existing structures; for the development and expansion of affordable housing as described by 42 u.s.c. Sec. 12745; and for related roads, streets, water and sewer facilities.
