To support the programs of the museum of contemporary art, cleveland, by providing the facilities in which the museum operates.

Moca cleveland realty foundation was formed on september 3, 2010 to construct, own, operate, and lease to the museum of contemporary art, cleveland, a facility for use as a museum of contemporary art.
