“Form 990 is prepared by an international accounting firm under the direction of the foundation's finance staff. It is reviewed in depth by the audit committee of the foundation's board of directors who meet with the finance staff and independent tax preparers/advisors to perform this review. A copy of the 990 is given to each member of the board of directors. Form 990 is filed with the internal revenue service after the audit committee of the board passes a resolution to approve it.”

We are also a long-term partner in america's conservation ag movement, a coalition of agriculture industry leaders that includes farm journal's trust in food and the usda's natural resource conservation service. This program works to eliminate obstacles that impede farmers' adoption of conservation practices and hosts shop talks, field days, and other outreach events that allow producers to talk about conservation opportunities.”

Through the food journey platform fjf created an educaitonal platform based on next generation science standards to support grade bands ranging from kindergarten through 12th grade.
