Pinellas county housing and economic development is wholly owned by pinellas county housing authority (pcha) 59-1160877. Pcha is a public housing authority (government entity) exempt from federal income taxes. Pinellas county housing and economic development was formed for the purpose of developing affordable housing. Pinellas county housing and economic development and pinellas county housing authority have a continuous relationship.
