Mission and Program Overview

Mission

The project was completed in the beginning of July, 2013 which was part of the 2013 fiscal year. Several units were leased to qualifying elderly people living in the Uintah Basin, which is located at the northeastern corner of the state. All tenants, who occupy units, qualify under the strict guidelines of the HUD Section 202 program for income levels and are 62 years old at the time of initial occupancy.

Daniel's crossing was fromed to develop, build and maintain a multi- residential facility, (20) unites of affordable senior, hud-funded housing, under hud section 202 "supportive housing for the elderly."
