“In the case of any vacancy in the board of directors through death, resignation, disqualification, removal or other cause, the remaining directors, subject to approval by the pastor, deacons, and membership of prince avenue baptist church in attendance, by affirmative vote of the majority thereof, may elect a successor to hold office for the unexpired portion of the term of the director whose place shall be vacant, and until the election of his or her successor, or until he or she shall be removed, prior therto, by an affirmative vote of a majority of the board of directors, subject to approval by the pastor, deacons, and memebers in attendance of prince avenue baptist church. All successors directors must satisfy the qualification set forth in section 4.4.”
