In keeping with the mission of schenectady arc, it is the mission of ridge health services, inc. To be committed to helping people in the capital region enjoy healthy, rewarding lives as members of their community. Schenectady arc brings staff, families and the community together to encourage dreams and respond to each person's life choices. Ridge health services, inc. Assists in this effort by offering high quality primary medical, psychiatric, and podiatry services, resources and supports.

Governance Explanations

Ridge health services, inc. Has a policy and procedure process for its board of directors to review the organization's form 990. The process is as follows: the completed form 990 is provided to the full board before it is submitted to the irs. In addition, the completed form 990 is provided to the finance committee for its review prior to being signed by the president of the chapter. After the form 990 has been reviewed by the finance committee, it is distributed to the full board. Distribution to the full board may be by e-mail or any other means that enables access to the full document.

Conflict of interest policies are reviewed upon hire with the agency and on an annual basis thereafter. Board members, management and key employees are required to complete and sign a conflict of interest acknowledgement annually and notify the agency of potential conflicts. The corporate compliance officer and executive team review the acknowledgements for conflicts and notify the board of directors accordingly.
