Village at oasis park phase ii holds security deposits for tenants. The security deposit, less the cost of any repairs, is returned to the tenant at the end of the lease.

PART X, LINE 2:

The organization qualifies as a tax-exempt organization under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code and, accordingly, there is no provision for income taxes. Management of the organization believes that they have appropriate support for tax positions taken and, as such, do not have any uncertain tax positions that result in a material impact on the organization's financial position or statement of activities. The organization would recognize any future accrued interest and penalties related to unrecognized tax benefits and liabilities in income tax expense if such interest and penalties are incurred.
