In some cases, the process may utilize comparability data and analysis from a national third-party compensation firm; or, if more appropriate for the role, it may instead utilize other applicable sources of market comparability data as needed to verify reasonableness. The process also includes contemporaneous substantiation of the analysis and decision regarding the compensation arrangement. Compensation is reviewed at least annually and the process is administered to assure independence, avoid conflicts of interest, ensure reasonableness and market comparability of total compensation, and to otherwise abide by pertinent laws and regulations.

Women's Health Services provided to the community through Healthcare Collaborative include but are not limited to: - Well Woman * Pap Smear * BRCA Testing * Pelvic Exam * Breast Self-Awareness * Mammograms * Women's Weight Loss - Gynecology * Endometriosis * Weight Management * Osteoporosis * Pelvic Pain * Urinary Incontinence * Urinary Tract Infection * Adolescent Gynecology - Obstetrics (prenatal and postpartum care) * First Prenatal Visit * Prenatal Tests * High Risk Pregnancy * Postpartum Care at the Hospital * Postpartum Follow up Care * Preconception Planning - Gynecological Surgery * Minimally invasive surgery * Laparoscopy * Robotic surgery Some of the services listed above operate at a loss in order to ensure that all services are available to meet community health care needs. Healthcare Collaborative furthers its charitable purposes by providing a broad array of women's health services to the community. Accomplishments: 1. Established clinical relationship through PSA agreement to expand access to women's health services in Williamson County. 2. Provided clinical support for Level II trauma at Seton Medical Center Williamson. As part of the Ascension Catholic health ministry, the filing organization served in support of Ascension's commitment to both care for patients and communities and support caregivers and other associates through the challenges of the COVID-19 global pandemic in FY20.
