Effective July 1, 2023, Kinnara Ensemble, Inc., a New Jersey corporation, merged with and into Kinnara Ensemble, Inc., a Georgia corporation, pursuant to the Agreement and Plan of Merger dated June 10, 2023. The surviving Georgia corporation is a domestic business entity, classified as a corporation under § 301.7701-2(b)(1) or (2) of the Treasury Regulations, and carrying out the same purposes as the prior New Jersey exempt organization. Pursuant to Rev. Proc. 2018-15, the surviving Georgia corporation will continue using the same EIN.”
